Do my patients have to download anything?

No. Your app opens from a link and your card adds to their Wallet in one tap. A native app with your icon is an optional add-on for members, never required.

Can I customize the app?

Your logo, colours, services and fees come straight from your website, and you can change any of it after. Reminders, memberships, rewards and every message are yours to edit.

Do I have to change my clinic software?

No. Cadence connects where a connection exists and works alongside it where one doesn’t. Patients book the way they do today; reminders, memberships and the card work either way.

Can I change the visit intervals?

Every one. The wellness playbook ships with sensible defaults, weekly physio in a six-visit plan, monthly massage and chiropractic maintenance every six weeks among them, and you can change any interval, reminder or message in a minute.

What about patients who claim from their benefits?

Every visit gets its own receipt at the amount actually paid, and points or rewards never come off what a patient claims. Cadence can also remind patients what their plan still covers before it resets.

Are rewards allowed for my profession?

It depends on your college and province. The wellness playbook starts with rewards and share-link incentives off wherever your rules limit them, and checks every campaign against your advertising rules before it sends.

Who owns my patient data?

You do. Your list, visits, points and members export any time. Cadence is a system you run, not a marketplace that shows your patients another clinic.

Who handles payments?

Memberships and purchases bill through your own Stripe account. The money goes to you. No hidden processing.

Can I cancel?
